GENERAL FULFILLMENT GUIDELINES

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS or USPS. Domestic shipping is a flat cost of $10.

Complimentary gift wrapping is included for each order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Saver or USPS Priority International. International shipping is $20 to Canada, and $35 to most other countries. Shipping to Nigeria is $30 per item. DMs are typically answered within a few hours, and emails typically receive replies with 2 business days.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS

Orders which total more than $1000 are shipped signature required. Orders which total more than $5000 are fully insured. If you require insurance or signature required outside these guidelines, please contact customer service. Addition fees will apply.

PACKAGE TRACKING
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

SALES TAX
GPL has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. GPL may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS
All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
We offer optional Route Package Protection. You will see a nominal fee in your cart that represents full protection for your order against theft, loss, or damage during transit. To opt out of this protection, simply switch the blue button off on the final page of check out. By deselecting package protection, GPL is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. For claims exceeding of loss $1000 USD, we may require you to do one or more of the following: file a police report, sign an affidavit, file a claim with a courier.
